ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ (Lok Sabha Election 2024) ಹೊತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ (DK Shivakumar) ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಎದುರಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದಾಯ ಮೀರಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಸಿಬಿಐ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಮ್ಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆದಿರುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ (High Court) ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ.

During the Lok Sabha Election 2024, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar is in trouble. The High Court has started the hearing of the petitions challenging the decision of withdrawing the consent given by the state government to the CBI investigation in the case of acquiring assets beyond the income.
