Nine people have been confirmed dead so far.
Over 900 others have been injured.
Dozens of people are
trapped in buildings and quarries. .
The massive quake prompted a
tsunami warning that has since been lifted.
Taiwan is usually one of the best-prepared countries for earthquakes, as it experiences them often.
