Trump's Westchester County Property Under Threat as NY AG Files Judgments
  • last month
New York AG Letitia James has initiated steps to seize Donald Trump's assets, purchased for $7.5 million in 1996. The first target is Trump's 370-acre Seven Springs estate in Westchester County, where James filed judgments on March 6th. Seven Springs includes a 50,000-square-foot mansion where Trump's children grew up visiting and carriage houses on its 230 acres. Trump had ambitions to build an 18-hole golf course but faced opposition and abandoned the plans. Trump also owns the nearby Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, which was acquired in 1996 and renovated with a clubhouse and 18-hole course.
