Suddenly it hurts the most,
the memories that i held so close.
I stand with tears inside my eyes,
reminded of our sad goodbyes.
I stand as its pouring rain,
feeling so much pain.
The world just seemingly falling apart,
as a hole emerged inside my heart.
You put up such a fight,
i'll never forget that night.
I never wanted it to be so,
the day that you were ready to go.
