Text messages obtained by AP show the former law partner of special prosecutor Nathan Wade was sharing info with defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant. Terrence Bradley, Wade's ex-partner and divorce attorney, fed Merchant info over several months to help prove Wade had a relationship with Fulton DA Fani Willis. The texts show Bradley confirming info for Merchant and suggesting records she should request to support claims about Willis and Wade. However, when called to testify, Bradley refused to answer most questions or said he couldn't remember crucial details.
