Swerving Car Crashes Into Parked Van

Occurred on January 25, 2024 / Bolton, Massachusetts, USA
: "Saw an individual (Caucasian male) swerving on the road. Followed with a distance for about a mile, give or take, till he hit a parked van on Route 117 East Bound. There was a young male inside the parked van, but he was deemed ok and wasn’t hurt. I ran out and made sure the individual didn’t move in case of injury and also not to sleep in case of concussion."
