Box Truck Rolls Down a Hill, Hits Parked Car and Nearly Crashes into a House

Info: A delivery driver was in the back of a parked delivery truck when it suddenly started to roll backwards out of control. He was able to jump out of the vehicle without injury, but the truck continued to roll down hill before crashing. It hit several cars and packages flew out from the back of the truck.
