King Charles III undergoes cancer treatment

Britain's King Charles III has cancer and has started treatment, Buckingham Palace announced. Despite this, the 75-year-old king will carry on with state duties but will cut back on public appearances. The type of cancer wasn't revealed, but it's unrelated to his recent treatment for a prostate condition, which also led to the discovery of this new health issue.
