King Charles III attends church after cancer diagnosis

King Charles III made his first public appearance since his recent cancer diagnosis, waving cheerfully to well-wishers after attending church services near his country estate in eastern England with Queen Camilla. The king is recuperating at the Sandringham House, where he can isolate and find shelter during his treatment for an unspecified form of cancer.
