Ingredients:
Nutella cream :
- 2/3 cup sour cream 30% fat
- 1 + 1/3 cup mascarpone
- 1/2 cup Nutella

Vanilla cream :
- 1 cup sour cream 30% fat
- 1/2 cup mascarpone
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 Italian Pandoro brioche 2 lbs
- 1 Tbsp icing sugar (more or less)
