Thousands of people in the Goldfields are still without power after a Summer super cell thunderstorm destroyed critical transmission towers. Businesses have lost thousands of dollars worth of stock and residents sweltered in the heat, with 20 people presenting at Kalgoorlie hospital with heat related issues.
