Ingredients:
Brioche dough :
- 2/3 cup warm milk
- 1 Tbsp dry yeast
- 3 + 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 5.3 oz softened butter

Stuffing :
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 7 tsp brown sugar

To golden :
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 oz pink pralines
