STILL RINGS ROUTINE - RED HAWK CLASSIC NAIGC MEET (MEADOWLANDS GYMNASTICS ACADEMY)

My still rings routine at the 2023 Red Hawk Classic NAIGC meet hosted by the Monclair State University Gymnastics Club team and at Meadowlands Gymnastics Academy and Ninja and it was a fun meet and met some cool people and also recently turned age 53 years old this past week and training and working out at Spartan Gymnastics in Ocean Township, NJ or New Jersey and thanks so much to my friend Jason and also Elaina and Ben for letting me work out there and still training for the NAIGC gymnastics league which is a fun all ages league.
