Underhand Push Presses 193lb

Some more Biceps work via Shoulder Flexion(one of THREE functions of the Biceps Brachii) by performing Push Presses underhanded. I did four sets of triples w/143lb followed by a smooth single w/193lb. Do yourself a favor when doing these. Don't death grip the bar: let the hands move & shift as needed. At the top, the bar is more at the bottom of the hands towards the heels. You know what else is great about these? The Upper(Clavicular) Pecs are STRONGLY involved. Bodybuilders take note!
