NLRB Files Complaint Against SpaceX Over Employee Firings, Claiming Employees' Protected Speech Was Violated
  • 4 months ago
The US National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint against SpaceX, alleging the company illegally fired 8 employees who criticized Elon Musk. The employees wrote an open letter accusing Musk's behavior and SpaceX of selectively allowing sexual harassment. The letter was posted internally after reports Musk propositioned and exposed himself to a flight attendant in 2016. NLRB found SpaceX management interrogated authors and pressured them to quit if they disagreed with Musk.
