How Norway is Able to Recycle 97% of its Plastic Bottles

Norway's recycling system is so great that they recycle 97% of all plastic bottles, and 92% are actually turned back into plastic bottles and used again. The system works with consumers, who receive between 20-30 cents back on recycled bottles, and manufacturers as well. If more than 95% of what the manufacturer produces gets recycled, they don't have to pay any tax on bottle production or imports. It results in everyone working together toward a common goal, and one of the best recycling systems in the world.
