Duterte joins nation in commemorating 10th anniversary of 'Yolanda'

Vice President Sara Duterte urges Filipinos to remember the lessons learned from Supertyphoon 'Yolanda,' which devastated the Philippines on Nov. 8, 2013, killing thousands of people and destroying millions of pesos worth of crops and property. Duterte’s message comes as the country commemorated the 10th anniversary of the Yolanda disaster on Wednesday.
