No gov't action on climate resiliency, 10 years after 'Yolanda'

Philippine Movement for Climate Justice (PMCJ) Co-Chairman Aaron Pedrosa recalls how Super Typhoon 'Yolanda' devastated their home in Tacloban City, Leyte. He says 10 years later, the government has yet to act on climate resiliency and has not taken steps to protect its citizens from extreme weather events.
