Boom boom Glutes workout

My routine today I almost fainted from the heat but I managed to complete the routine. 4set x 15-20rept each exercise.

I used a 15kg weight each dumbbell and my heavy level elastic band. (Remember that you should use the weight with which you can work well but feel demanding).

I complemented this routine with a session of

cardio, 30min of stationary bike (gentle).
