Employment: Full Time
• Greetings and Welcoming Guests
• Managing Reservations: Record and confirm reservation through calls and WhatsApp message.
• Seating Arrangements: Allocate tables appropriately based on guest’s preferences and group size.
• Ensure efficient table turnover.
• Providing Information about the restaurant, Menus, Special, promotion.
• Coordinating with Service Staff to ensure smooth service flow, relay special requests from guest to service staff.
• Maintaining wait area, ensure the waiting area is clean, organized and inviting for guests.
• Monitor guest wait times and provide updates as needed.
• Handling guest concerns: address guests concern issues promptly and professionally.
• Notify the manager or supervisor of any serious concerns.
• Adhering to health and safety standards
Salary:
AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Hostess in a Restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and composure.
• Familiarity with reservation systems.
• Neat and professional appearance.
Nature of Job
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
• Shift-based work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
