Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Create a customer-friendly atmosphere, address inquiries, and exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with company standards while training, and mentoring them for high performance and career growth
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations and maintain brand standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in QSR/Fast food restaurant
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
• Candidates must be willing to be assigned in any outlet in the UAE
