‘Jenny’ to exit PAR in next few hours but rainfall, wind warnings still in place

Typhoon Jenny (international name: Koinu) may exit the country’s area of responsibility on Thursday afternoon or evening, Oct. 5, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
