Pencak Silat is an extremely dangerous style of martial arts and derives from Indonesia. A lot of people do not know that the techniques have been used in such movies as Taken starring Liam Neeson. There is Silat and then there is Pencak Silat. Both styles have been around for a long long time and Pencak is the more advanced version and there are many legends about it.
