Snatches 155lb/185lb

Training in an ACTUAL GYM! Weights were 115lb, 135lb, 145lb, 155lb for a double and 185lb for a single! Whoops! Took a 30lb jump instead of 10lb! Stopped there cuz l got a wrist & forearm that ain't too happy from that 3 plate Bent Press l did for the Smash & Pass Challenge. My meet is 8 weeks away, so it's time to ramp things up! God Bless!
