Today i will make Gujarati snack khandvi
Khandvi is a perfect healthy breakfast from Gujarat. it is a very popular snack of Gujarat. today I will make the perfect recipe of Khandvi from very new trick. it is the easiest way of Khandvi.
Recipe
ingredients...
one cup fine besan
one cup curd
one cup water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 pinch of asafoetida
2 inch Ginger piece
4-5 green chillies
firstly add besan curd chillies turmeric powder salt hing in mixie jar and grind it. now seive it, to make perfect smooth batter. then add one cup of water. this is the pouring consistency of perfect Khandvi batter.
fill two glass of water in your steamer and boil. now Greece the steamer played with oil and pour two serving is born of better on it and steam for 7-8 minutes.
call the prepared Khandvi under the fan for 5 minute now make a vertical cut on it then start ruling it.
prepare tadka for Khandvi with these ingredients
for tadka.....
3 tsp oil
½ tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
4-5 green chillies
some curry leaves
freshly grated coconut for garnishing
fresh chopped green coriander for garnishing
