Gujarati Kadhi or Dahi Kadhi is a very popular dish made using curd, gram flour and spices. This kadhi is usually had with Khichdi, steamed rice or Bajre Ki Roti. Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
1 cup Curd
2-3 tbsp Gram flour
Water
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Fenugreek seeds
2-3 Cloves
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 Cinnamon stick
2-3 Green Chillies, slit
Ginger, grated
Sugar
Salt
Coriander leaves, chopped

Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add curd, gram flour and mix them well.
Add water, mix well and see to it that there are no lumps formed.
Heat a vessel, add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, cloves, red chillies, cinnamon stick, green chillies, curd miture, ginger, sugar, salt, mix well and let it boil.
Our Kadhi is ready to serve.
