Erling Haaland revealed he finds Pep Guardiola a bit "scary" at times.

The Norwegian striker was speaking after receiving the Uefa player of the year award in Monaco on Thursday.

The 22-year-old has scored three goals in three English Premier League games so far this season but appeared to get a telling off from his Manchester City manager in their 3-0 win over Burnley earlier this month.

Haaland though said he likes it “when Pep shouts at me because he is trying to get something in my brain.”
