You all told me a few things. First, as a union territory, the people of Ladakh do not get that constitutional rights. Second issue you told that all the promises which were made to you about unemployment were fake. Every youth in Ladakh tells me that Ladakh is the epicentre of unemployment. Thirdly, you told me that Ladakh lacks proper internet and communication services. Fourthly, Ladakh has an airport, but no planes come. I have listened to all of them, and the Congress party stands with you.
