Officials in Maui have released the names of
388 people who are still unaccounted for following
devastating wildfires that scorched the island. .
'The Guardian' reports that the FBI compiled the list of names, saying on August 22 that approximately
1,000 to 1,100 more people are still unaccounted for. .

been scouring the ruins for weeks. .
According to officials, teams have
searched 100% of the remains of
single-story residences in the coastal town.
