City Hospice is a charity based here in Cardiff which aims to help those through end of life care. The charity provides support and palliative care along with legal and emotional help to families. The charity relies mainly on fundraising, and since its inception, demand has increased 10 fold, with hundreds of people using the charity every month. We meet up with them in their memorial garden.
