Tim Mathieson -- the ex-partner of former prime minister Julia Gillard has indicated in a Melbourne court he will plead guilty to sexual assault. Mr. Mathieson’s lawyers have asked that he be spared a criminal conviction despite sexually touching a woman without her consent.
