#BLM’s Accidental Hero Patrick Hutchinson’s Total Body Workout to Build Muscle and Power

Patrick Hutchinson, 49, is our new cover star. Some of you may recognise him from the #BlackLivesMatter protest back in June, where he was photographed saving the life of Bryn Male – an image that was sent around the world and shared millions of times across social media.

Patrick’s workout consists of full-body moves and isolation exercises to target both weight loss and muscle growth. They are simple and easy to follow, allowing Patrick to maintain mobility and explosive power, two things he feels are quick to go as you get older.

But this workout can be done by anyone of any age. From biceps curls – “the first move you want to do as a young man” – to kettlebell squats, Patrick has you covered.
