A major train accident was averted on Tuesday after two coaches of Lohit Express, which was traveling from Assam's Guwahati to Jammu Tawai, were detached from the engine in West Bengal’s North Dinajpur district. The incident occurred near the Suryakamal railway station, located between Dalkhola in the North Dinajpur district of West Bengal and Bihar’s Kishanganj.
