MPs have arrived at Downing Street to back the Privileges Committee report findings that Boris Johnson deliberately misled Parliament over ‘Partygate’. With 354 votes in favour of the report, MPs endorsed sanctions against Mr Johnson including banning him from having a pass to access Parliament.
