The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the Asia Cup, the matches will be held in Pakistan and Sri Lanka under the hybrid model. According to media reports, Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Shah and Secretary Board of Cricket India (BCCI) KJ Shah have accepted Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) proposed hybrid model, Asia Cup from August 31 to 17. It will be in Pakistan and Sri Lanka by September. Teams from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Nepal including Pakistan will participate in the event. There will be a total of 13 matches in the tournament, out of which the first 4 matches will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
