Women’s Health Collective trainer Saima Husain has devised a 28-day strength training plan to suit all levels, starting with this 20-minute legs and abs workout. All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells (Saima recommends 2-4kg, but go with what feels good for you), and a mat. The workout

Warm up:
Dynamic hamstring stretch x 5 each side
Squat hold into hamstring stretch x 5
90/90 hip stretch x 5 each side
Run through this whole warm-up twice

Workout:
Superset (perform each set of exercises back-to-back with minimal rest):
Front squat x 5
Leg lifts x 10
Rest bet
