: "In St Pete Florida near the new crunch fitness in Tyrone on Friday afternoon around 1pm 5/19, I saw a funnel cloud begin to form. I immediately started recording and saw the cloud start to spiral and continue to drop down into a funnel shape. The funnel cloud was trying to touch but after 5-10minutes it dissipated."
