A funnel cloud began forming over Sante Fe, Mexico City, on September 17, as a lightning storm rolled over Mexico’s capital city. This video shows the cloud forming above high-rise buildings in Santa Fe, a commercial area on the south-western outskirts of the city, before the sky darkens and lightning strikes are seen.
