दिल्ली (Delhi) में अधिकारियों के ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग (transfer-posting of officers) के पावर को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (supreme court) के फैसले के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने एक (Ordinance) अध्यादेश जारी (Central government issued an ordinance) कर दिया है। माना जा रहा है कि केंद्र ने एक बार फिर दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल (lieutenant governor) को उनका खोया हुआ अधिकार वापस दे दिया है. इसे लेकर कांग्रेस नेता संदीप दीक्षित ने अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) पर निशाना साधा है.
