The 990 kilos of shabu that were seized in Manila operation in October last year turned out to be what was left of the alleged pilferage spree committed by some operatives of the Philippine National Police- Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG).
And Police Maj. Gen. Eliseo DC Cruz, director of the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM), pointed to Police Capt. Jonathan Sosongco as the one who appeared to be calling the shots based on the CCTV footage they obtained. (MB Video by Arnold Quizol)
