17 alleged Abu Sayyaf members transferred in Manila

Seventeen alleged members of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) who were said to be involved in the Lamitan siege in 2001 were transferred in Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig. The inmates wished to be jailed here in Manila rather than in Basilan.
