Both pop stars are currently behind 'Baby' singer Justin Bieber who has over 113,156,831 followers.
Elon Musk remains the most followed person on Twitter with over 134 million followers.
Barack Obama is not far behind with just under 133 million followers.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the sixth most-followed person on Twitter, while Taylor Swift is in seventh place.
