Elon Musk on Trump's NASA bill: 'It changes almost nothing'
When President Trump signed the new NASA Transition Authorization Act, it wasn't met with applause from SpaceX founder Elon Musk. One of the aims of the bill, which grants NASA about $19 billion, is to send humans to Mars. Coincidentally, that is the goal of Musk and his company SpaceX, which has a $1.6 billion contract with NASA. It seems Musk is hesitant to believe that this bill will not advance said goal, in part due to the fact it will reportedly cost hundreds of billions of dollars.
