Retail workers' union argues for Easter Sunday to be made a public holiday in South Australia

Workers around the country will be cashing in their public holiday penalty rates today -- except in South Australia and Tasmania. Unions say SA hasn't kept up with the rest of the mainland but businesses are warning the state Labor government to proceed with caution.
