CJI DY Chandrachud On Corona Cases : (Supreme Court) (Chief Justice Of India) (DY Chandrachud) (CJI DY Chandrachud) देश में एक बार फिर से कोरोना (Corona Cases) (Covid-19) के आहिस्ता-आहिस्ता बढ़ते हुए केस, पुराने दिनों की यादें ताज़ा करने लगे हैं। ताज़ा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक 24 घंटे के भीतर ही देश में इस सीज़न में रिकॉर्ड 4,435 लोग संक्रमित मिले हैं। ये पिछले 163 दिन के आंकड़ों में सबसे ज़्यादा पॉज़िटिव केसेज़ हैं। लिहाज़ा इन पॉज़िटिव मरीज़ों के साथ देश में कुल कोरोना एक्टिव मरीज़ों की संख्या बढ़कर 23,091 कतक पहुंच गई है। इस तरह के हालात के बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (Chief Justice Of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने, समय रहते अहतियाती कदम उठाते हुए एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। उन्होंने तेज़ी से बढ़ते मामलों और इससे जुड़े खतरों को देखते हुए, समय रहते ही वकीलों को बड़ी छूट दे दी है। जो छूट उन्होंने दी है उसके मुताबिक चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने वकीलों को कोर्ट में वर्चुअली पेश होने की अनुमति दे दी है। चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि अखबारों की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि कोरोना के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं। ऐसे में अगर वकील अदालत के सामने वर्चुअली रूप से पेश होना चाहते हैं तो वे ऐसा कर सकते हैं। वे हाईब्रिड मोड में भी काम कर सकते हैं।(CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Supreme Court) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India) (50th Chief Justice Of India) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Supreme Court News) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Supreme Court News Today) (Supreme Court Latest News) (Supreme Court Hearing Today) (Misuse Of CBI And ED) (CJI DY Chandrachud says lawyers are free to appear virtually in the court in wake of the rising number of Covid)
