CJI DY Chandrachud का Supreme Court में Cash for Votes Case में कैसा बड़ा फैसला? | वनइंडिया हिंदी

CJI DY Chandrachud: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के गलियारे से उन रिश्वतखोर नेताओं (bribed politicians) के लिए पसीने छुड़ा देने वाली खबर सामने आई है. इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) ने एक कड़ा फैसला लिया है. ये फैसला कैश फॉर वोट केस (Cash For Votes Case) में लिया गया है. जिसके बाद इस केस से जुड़े सभी आरोपियों को पसीने छूट रहे हैं होंगे. क्योंकि सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) के इस फैसले से अब दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी हो जाएगा. क्योंकि वोट के लिए रिश्वत लेने के आरोपी सांसदों (MP) और विधायकों (MLA) के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई से छूट मिलने पर क्या एक्शन लिया जाएगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीजेआई (CJI) के इस फैसले क बाद इसी बात पर एक बार फिर से विचार किया जाएगा.
