Ingredients and Method:

Milk: (دودھ) 2 kg
Carrot: (گاجر) 2 Cup
Rice: (چاول) 1 Cup
Sugar: (چینی) 2 Cup
Resin: (کشمش) 2 TBSP
Green Cardamom: (سبز الائچی) 3 Pieces
Almond: (بادام) 2 TBSP
Pistachio: (پستہ) 2 TBSP
Coconut: (کھوپرا) 2 TBSP


سب سے پہلے ایک پین میں دودھ ڈال کر گرم کریں۔ جب دودھ تھوڑا سا گرم ہو جائے توسبز الائچی اور چاول ڈال دیں۔ اور پکنے کے لیے رکھ دیں۔ جب چاول تھوڑے سے گل جائیں تو گا جر بھی شامل کر دیں۔ اور ڈھک کر اچھی طرح سے پکائیں اور اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ چاول اور گاجر اچھی طر ح سے گل جائیں۔ پھر اس میں چینی شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ پھر اس میں کشمش، کرشڈ کھوپرا، کر شڈ پستہ، کرشڈ بادام ڈال دیں۔

First heat the milk in a pan. When the milk gets a little hot, add the green cardamom and rice. And keep it to cook. When the rice is slightly cooked, add the garam masala. And cover and cook well and cook till the rice and carrots are cooked well. Then add sugar to it and mix well. Then add raisins, crushed copra, crushed pistachios, crushed almonds.
