Chilli Chicken Momos Recipe
Today I am sharing a delicious recipe of Chilli Chicken Momos. In this deep fried or shallow fried momos are tossed in chilli sauce. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
Chicken/ veg momos - 7 piece
Oil - 4 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
Green chilli - 1 tbsp chopped
Capsicum - 1 cut into cube
Onion - 1 cut into cube
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Dark Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Corn flour slurry - 2 tbsp
Spring onion leaves - 2 tbsp
