Heavy rains lashed parts of Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region) in the early hours of April 4. Heavy rainfall along with thunderstorms were witnessed in several parts of the national capital including Ghaziabad. Waterlogging was reported from several parts of the city after the heavy spell.
