Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Feb 16) that he will monitor the distribution of "wang ihsan” (cash aid) to ensure it reaches flood victims in a timely manner.
